Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: when you sign in with Google we receive your email address and Google account ID. We do not receive your Google password.
• Your images: the photo and the garment image you upload, and the images we generate from them.
• Usage data: your credit balance, generation history, and technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) needed to run and secure the Service.
• Payment data: payments are processed by our merchant of record. We never see or store your card number. We receive only a confirmation that a payment succeeded.

Why we use it

To generate your images, keep your history, prevent abuse and free-trial misuse, comply with the law, and answer support requests. We do not sell your data and we do not use your images to train AI models.

Who we share it with

• Our merchant of record, for payment and tax.
• Our hosting and storage providers, who process images on our behalf.
• The AI model providers that produce your generated image. They receive your two input images for the purpose of that one generation.
• Authorities, only where legally required.

How long we keep it

Uploaded and generated images stay in your history until you delete them or delete your account. Account data is deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your choices

You can delete individual images in your history, and you can ask us to delete your account and all associated images and data by emailingsupport@outfitswap.ai. You can also ask what data we hold about you. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only what is needed to keep you signed in and to measure aggregate traffic. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers.

Children

The Service is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

If we make a material change to this policy, we will update the date above.
