Terms of Service

1. The Service

OutfitSwap generates an image of you wearing a garment you provide. You upload one photo of a person and one photo of clothing; the Service returns a generated image. Results are produced by AI and may vary between runs.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older to use the Service. You are responsible for activity under your account. Sign-in is through Google; keep that account secure.

3. Credits and payment

New accounts get 3 free try-ons. Paid generations use credits, one credit per generated image. Credit packs are one-time purchases: there is no subscription and nothing auto-renews. Credits do not expire. A credit is only spent when an image is successfully delivered; if a generation fails, the credit returns to your balance. Payments, invoicing and applicable tax are handled by our merchant of record.

4. Refunds

Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase, at your request to support@outfitswap.ai. Credits already used are not refundable. If a technical failure prevents delivery, we restore the credit first and refund on request.

5. Your content and what you may upload

You keep ownership of the images you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display them solely to operate the Service for you. You confirm that:

• you have the right to use every image you upload;
• the person in the photo is you, or an adult who has given you permission;
• the image is not of a minor, and does not depict anyone in a way that is sexual, defamatory, or illegal;
• the garment image is one you are entitled to use.

We may refuse or remove uploads and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Output and permitted use

Generated images are yours to use, including commercially, subject to section 5. You may not present generated images as a true photograph of a real person for deceptive purposes, and you may not use the Service to impersonate others.

7. Availability

The Service is provided as-is. AI generation can fail or produce imperfect results; we do not warrant that any output will be accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. We may change or discontinue features.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Ending use

You may stop using the Service and request deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or abuse the free trial.
